Erika Kessler

Owner | Court Reporter

Erika Kessler, RPR, CRR, CSR (IL), CCR (MO), was born and raised in Robinson, Illinois.

Erika started her career working as an Official Court Reporter for the State of Illinois. After working for the state for nearly nine years, she decided to give the freelancing world a try and never looked back.

In late 2023, Erika acquired Maninfior Court Reporting based out of Mattoon, Illinois, a business that had been in existence since 1974. She continues to provide the same exceptional service clients have received in the past while also adding new technology & services to the business.

When Erika isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Tyler, and chasing around their three children and their Golden Retriever, Teddy. She also enjoys exercising, traveling, and cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals.

Amanda Pearson

Court Reporter

Amanda “Mandy” Pearson, RPR, CSR (IL), was born in New Orleans and lived there until age seven. She then moved to Vandalia, Illinois and has lived there most of her life. She retired in December of 2024 after working for 30 years for the Fourth Judicial Circuit, and has continued her career as a freelance reporter.

Mandy and her husband, Walt, have been married for 33 years and have two sons and one grandson. Walt is a semi-retired welder. Makale, her oldest son, works for Vandalia Department of Corrections, and her youngest son, Clark, lives in Colorado and works as a wildland firefighter. Walt and Mandy recently buit a house in Dominica to spend the winters.

When she isn’t working, Mandy enjoys exercising, refinishing furniture, going for nature walks, and going to concerts and shows.

Angela Satterlee

Court Reporter

Angie Satterlee was born and raised in Montgomery County. She retired in January 2026 after working for 38 years for the State of Illinois Fourth Judicial Circuit and has continued her career into the freelancing world. Angie and her husband, Hugh, have been married for 38 years. Hugh is the Administrator for Montgomery County Health Department , and they have two adult daughters. Erika, 35, is an attorney in Washington, DC, and Erin, 32, is a licensed mental health counselor in St. Pete, Florida. 

When she isn’t working, Angela enjoys traveling, visiting her daughters, and reading.
